Mr. Gianetti concentrates his practice on matters pertaining to the development of residential and commercial real estate, including affordable housing and COAH matters, land use litigation, and redevelopment law.

He represents clients in securing commercial and residential land use development approvals from municipal, county and state boards and associated regulatory agencies. Mr. Gianetti further conducts due diligence research and prepares detailed reports regarding the viability of real estate projects large and small. He also drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements on behalf of individuals and corporate clients.

Mr. Gianetti has been acknowledged as a principal writer of the Affordable Housing Chapter of the "Local Government Law" New Jersey Practice Series, Volumes 34, 35, 35A, 4th Edition, St. Paul, Minn., West Publishing Company (2007).
