MSCLLC’s focus is to provide solutions to the challenges facing middle market companies in the areas of operations, finance and management information enabling them to maximize profitability and manage in a proactive fashion.

Our approach to achieving the end goal is predicated on working closely with the client through our defined multiple stage approach from problem identification to successful solution implementation and follow up.

Initially, MSC reviews the client’s goals and expectations for maximizing profitability and discusses with the client problems facing the company from both within and outside the organization.

Based on these discussions, an approach to addressing and prioritizing the defined issues is prepared and agreed upon. A time frame and budget is prepared, modified where necessary and agreed upon.

The fee for the assignment is fixed and will be billed over the timeframe of the project.

MSC assigns the appropriate professional/s with the skill sets required to complete the projects in the required timeframe and budget. The staff works on the client’s premises and interacts with the employees where ever necessary. There are ongoing progress report meetings to keep the client informed of status.

Upon completion of the assignment, we meet with the client periodically to review post implementation progress and determine whether additional efforts may be needed.
